sHIPPING & RETURN policy
All orders are sent from the UK via Royal Mail.
The cost include postage & packaging charge (price depending on parcel weight & size).
Once the parcels are sent, any delays are out of my control.
Furrykind Creations is not responsible for any delivery delays or any orders that incur customs and import outside the UK.
UNDELIVERED/RETURNED TO SENDER PARCELS
Most parcels will get to customers in less than 10 days (UK) but if they do not arrive then let me know as soon as possible. Sometimes delivery has been attempted but a delivery note is not left. I'd ask for customers to check around their property if it has been left somewhere and check with neighbours if it has been left with them. If not, then to check with your local Post Office delivery service to ask if the parcel is waiting to be redelivered.
If the parcel if waiting at your local Post Office and is not collected or arranged to be redelivered by the customer, then the Post Office with return it to the sender in 18 days.
When I receive the returned parcel, I will contact the customer and offer to either resend back (the customer covers the postage cost) or to refund the item price (not including the postage cost).
It's unlikely (as all products are thouroughly checked over before being sent) but if for any reason you need to contact me about a serious fault in the product when first recieved then please notify me immediately via message or email - I will reply as soon as possible, so please give time.
Return of product(s) must be within 7 days of arrival.
Once the item is returned to me and checked over, a full product refund will be issued - the refund will be for the product price, not including the original postage charge. Return postage charge is also to be covered by the customer.
I cannot be held responsible, therefore cannot accept a return for a refund/exchange, for any faults/defects found after use of the product(s) in a cage or by the pets.
Please ensure you are happy with what you are purchasing when at the checkout/on completion of your custom order.
A refund/exchange will not be accepted after this.
